I checked the stasher website and Google to make sure the store was open when I wanted to collect my bags. I also put on my booking that I would want to pick it up at 4pm. The store is apparently closed from 2-5pm. Luckily they answered the phone and gave me my suitcases.

I liked the service, I found it safe in the hotel as it was centrally located, and in addition to having a waiting room, I was able to wait a couple of hours until it was time to leave the city, then I picked up my luggage from storage. I recommend it!
