We left our backpack with food and drinks at the stashpoint because we were unable to take it with us on the Capitol building tour. It was a couple of blocks away, not a bad walk at all. There are benches across the street so we could sit and eat lunch there. It worked well for us.

Great service. I showed up on the day without having booked anything, and the people at the desk kindly helped me get my things booked in for a few hours.
The location had friendly staff and our bags were stored in a locked room. They offered us use of their lounge which was nearby, and since it was a hot day, we cooled off there for a while before getting a few extra hours of sightseeing. Very positive experience.
They recognized my name. There was no line. They had me in and out in under two minutes.
This is a major chain hotel and therefore the service and security is as you would expect. Bags are stored in a locked storage room right off the lobby. We had no issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
The location where we left out bags was very clean and the representative was very kind. I would use them again!
Staff were great! Able to use the bathroom and get some complimentary water and coffee in the lobby. Easy walk to metro.
All I had to do was show the confirmation email. They took my bag and gave me a ticket. They made sure I snapped a photo in case I lost the paper ticket. Then I was on my way. Pickup was just as fast. This was my second time using this location — very convenient.
So convenient. Easy. Quick. Allowed me to catch an earlier flight since I didn’t have to leave my bag at my hotel and go back for it which would have been another uber ride from The Hill in the wrong direction from the airport.
