This is the first time I have used a luggage drop and I must say I will definitely use it again. From start to finish the whole process was easy to book, drop off and pick up.

Very easy service. Bags were locked away and we collected at allocated time. The guy even brought them outside for us to where we were waiting for the cab!

Great idea. Sheffield train and bus station don't have left luggage or lockers, it was so helpful to be able to store a heavy bag at the Premier Inn for the day. It was really easy to book and really easy to find the closest location to the train station using the map feature.

Such an easy drop off and pick up process, the front desk staff were more than ready and willing to care for our bags! Everything returned in top condition when we came back to pick everything up.
