I used stasher twice with the same hotel during my stay in Guatemala. As I was traveling to Tikal and the airline didn't allow 50lb bags we were in a rush to find a place since we tried with another similar app and it turned out to not be true. I went with stasher and am very happy with the service from the app and the hotel. This place is trustworthy with very friendly staff. This is my first time using this app and my experience both times has been great. If you are a bit nervous they have provided a great service and you will have peace of mind while traveling.

Lovely receptionist made us very welcome. She checked our booking, ensured each item was tagged and that they were safely stowed in the locked baggage room. Felt very reassured that our items were safe and secure leaving us to enjoy the city before checking into our AirBnB. Very quick and easy to collect bags too- definitely recommended.
