Simple and efficient process

Easy to book and find. Friendly and polite staff

The one in charge of the stasher was very welcoming and accommodating. He made me feel that the luggage was safe in its place. Also, it is very near to the essential places to visit in Milan.

I tried 2 other sites first before I stumbled across Stasher. Website actually worked (the first one I tried didn't). Reasonably priced (the second site I tried was over double the price of Stasher). I will definitely use this service again.

Dry convenient location for the museums, just opposite the underground station, book on the app in advance and drop, incredibly straightforward and good value. Bags photographed as dropped off, good ID checks, host sticks to protocol which gives comfort your bags will be safe whilst you and your free hands enjoy the sights and attractions without hindrance. Recommend, I will definitely use again.

Our experience with Stasher was great and easy. We simply booked online, went to our chosen location, showed our ID, left our bags there, and came back three hours later to pick them up. After this experience I can highly recommend Stasher!

It is excellent. The entrance is at Gran Vía 48, the first elevator next to the entrance goes down to floor -2 and there is staff working there. You need to make a reservation or have parked the car there to use the service.
