It was really simple and worked exactly as needed.

Everything perfect

First time using Stasher. Extremely convenient for the station and central London and open flexible hours unlike the ‘corner shop’ we found ourselves using previously which shut at 5 pm! Quick and easy drop off and a decent price compared to the one inside the station. Do you have one near King’s Cross too, please? Will be using you again

We left 2 large bags for 5 days with the Receptionist of the hotel. The Monsieur was welcoming, helpful and clear with instructions. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to return the following morning in order to retrieve some items from the cases. This meant the Receptionist (the same Monsieur who had welcomed us the previous day) had to remove the bags from the storeroom - not arduous but still lifting and manipulating suitcases. We were very impressed with his unfailing good humour, willingness and charm. The retrieval went smoothly and we left again. 4 days later, Monsieur was equally cheery and helpful. We highly recommend this Stash location.
