You get a card for the luggage room that you have to give back. You take a picture of your luggage. The luggage room is one floor down. You have to drag them off the narrow stairs. The luggage room is rather small.

The hotel was really close to where I was staying. The process was easy. I showed them my confirmation email and they took my suitcase and tagged it and stored it until I got it later on. Perfect.
