Really easy to use

User friendly.

Very nice app and idea, similar to pickup points for packages delivery we have in Poland, but here for your luggage.

What a great experience. We were very impressed with the system - Albatross staff were very helpful and we were happy to leave our stuff there. Picking up was all good too. Great location for station.

Service overall was fine. Not sure if this question is asking about the app though which I didn't use.

Great service. Such a great idea for when you have things to do that won’t allow your bags in. I work in the city and was attending a concert after work so I had my laptop bag with me. Well the venue didn’t allow bags in so we used Stasher, problem solved. Will definitely use again.

Great place to store luggage. Very nice staff who let us use toilet and water was offered.
