Super easy and fast. Receptionist/lobby attendant took me right to the storage room for luggage, provided me with a receipt/proof of storage. When I picked it up, also super fast and easy. Would definitely recommend.

Straight forward and reliable service. Was surprised so few venues near the gig venue I was attending (Brixton Academy) so had to head after work to my train station in central London and stash there.
