The location was convenient and the booking process was easy, with the confirmation and directions coming through immediately.

I was so relieved to find somewhere to stash a suitcase while I attended a funeral. I really didn’t want to have to drag it around all day. The guys were friendly and helpful, and really cheerful. My case was stored carefully and returned in pristine condition. 5* all the way!! I would happily use again if I were in Bristol.

The host site was perfect. No questions asked when we provided our reservation number, receipt. Drop off was 2 minutes. Pickup the same. Fast, friendly - no issues. Will use it again - definitely will use again and recommend to friends and family.

The application is easy to use. I hadn't noticed that the closing times were not the same from one storage location to another, but it didn't cause any problems because I received a reminder email before the closing time.
