    Only complaint is that when I wanted to add an additional bag , online they routed me a different location . I had to call and then cancel and then call to get refund which has still not been credited. The service itself is great and they were very accommodating at Premier Inn at 88 Euston Road.

    We needed to store several suitcases and backpacks for half-a-day in London while waiting for our flight. The commercial service at the station wanted over 12quid per item. A quick search on stasher found 3-4 providers within carrying distance with space. We wandered over to our selected site (a small hotel), the staff knew exactly what to do and were very efficient. It all just worked, it cost us less than half the fee of the station provider, and it was all sorted in under 5 minutes.

    The.friendly counter service, greeted us by name, which gave me confidence we were at the right place. And bags were returned all in tact, nothing missing..so worth the $10 instead of carting the luggage around..
