Could not have been better. App easy to use. About 5 mins from Leicester Sq tube and the Wyndhams Theatre. I have to say I felt reassured the storage point was at a Premier Inn hub - reviews of the other places near Leicester Sq tube were a bit hit and miss (some referring to rude or unhelpful staff) but everything went smoothly at the Premier Inn on both drop off and pick up. Would definitely use again.

Great service on what was the day of the women's rugby world cup final so Twickenham was rammed and the store was busy. The bag drop process was done very professionally and bags stored securely, very happy.
Easy to locate, clear instructions via email, and clean. Great option to pop open locker to get something or to finish renting.
Booked via Stasher for the first time ever so I could store a backpack while I attended a concert in Glasgow (no backpacks allowed). Chose a storage point close to the venue, dropped it off at my time slot, received a tag back and headed off. Came back after the gig and handed over my tag and promptly received my backpack with no issues at all.
