Good overall experience, but when I selected to find a nearby place the app sent me to Islington, about 20 minutes from KingsX. I was in a hurry so I booked the cheapest one but then realized it was too far. Customer service was great and fully refunded me after I booked another one that was closer, so no harm done. But I would fix that issue in the app
