I wished to extend the time the hotel I was dealing with kept my bags. So I booked an extra day via the Stasher website at the same hotel. I couldn't get hold of the hotel to tell them about my updated plans. But Stasher reassured me that they'd contact the hotel and that extending the time I wished the hotel to have my bags was perfectly fine. I thought I had done it wrong, so I was glad.

Genius idea, the whole process was clear, easy to use & extremely reliable. Would definitely use again. We stayed in an apartment so no where to leave luggage. Stasher just made life so much easier. Thank you to all.
