Good user interface.

When I was looking for a luggage storage, I expected something different, but this solution is absolutely convenient, effective, and well-managed.

Very easy to use. Wanted to store my bag whilst attending a concert nearby at Brixton Academy (where backpacks aren’t allowed). The Premier Inn is close to the venue and close to Brixton station where I needed to go after the concert. The member of staff present when I left the bag and the one there when I went to collect were both very helpful and I felt confident leaving my bag. They were also flexible with collection times which was important to me as I didn’t know what time the concert would finish. I would definitely recommend this service.

Very easy

Easy to book, easy to store

Very easy to use, convenient for Kings X, cheaper than lockers in Kings X. Only downside was £3.30 booking fee which wasn’t obvious until payment.
