It worked very well, dropped my bags in the morning, picked them up 6 hours later and didn’t worry about their safety. The desk clerks didn’t seem to know what Stasher is, but they accepted them regardless after I showed them my documentation. Easy and carefree, in my experience.

Fantastic location to store luggage. It was an easy walk from the train station in Gent. The receptionist at the hotel was incredibly friendly and the check in process for our luggage was very smooth. We felt very secure leaving our luggage there. We would definitely recommend storing your luggage at the Carlton Hotel.
