I've used the app once - had no problems.

Great experience. The place we used was about a 10 min walk out of Waterloo station - only improvement would be to have somewhere closer (I.e. actually in the station or closer to London Bridge - so as on the tourist routes) but I’m sure that’ll come with time! Fab service. Will use again. I liked that we were able to get 10% off as we were told about Stasher by Wyndhams theatre.
