It was easy to book to have our bags dropped off.

Booked online and then downloaded the app. Both worked well showing distance from train station and clear pricing. Great suggestion to take pictures of bags not that it was needed this time but can see why this would work. The app is very easy to use and kept bookings easy to locate.

The app was super easy to use and proposed plenty of alternative locations for the area we were seeking.

We didn't know the app, it was through the internet. I installed the app, we made the appointment at the location that was closest to the station and it was all super quick. In 5 minutes we had the app installed and the reservation made.

Staff were super friendly and the experience was super easy. They let you put your luggage in a locked corridor at the back and ask you to take a picture of your luggage. When collecting, just show them the picture and they then let collect your luggage. Couldn't be any easier!
