Very easy service to use, and a good price to store my bag for the day. Booked it online and then just checked the bag in when I arrived. Straight forward to collect it when I returned.

Super easy to book, was able to organise for someone else to collect my bag with no issues and perfect location for what I needed. Great customer service. Was easy to book my bag in with premier inn and the ladies on reception were super helpful. Would definitely use them again if needed

Really helpful - used this on my way to see Tottenham play on Wednesday because of their no-bags policy. Kept it at King's Cross, picked it up on the way back, so easy. Rahman - the man who served me at the Oyo hotel - was excellent. Really great customer service from him and we chatted about the game after. Thanks again!

Good and professional

Excellent place to stash your luggage for a stroll out in London. You need to pay online, before or after leaving your luggage and the place closes at 6pm.

Used L'Empire Hotel because it was close to Louvre, 24hr and also 250m from Le Chatelet metro station which is on the direct line to Gard du Nord (Eurostar). Hotel very courteous with no delays at reception - excellent service

Having quickly booked a stashed I realised I had booked it for immediately, not for the next day. I called customer services, she advised to rebook & then send e mail re my problem asking for refund. That was exactly the outcome. Thanks Stasher
