5 stars. Because I was booking while still in the USA, the Stasher website did continually try to find a Stasher in Scarborough Canada instead of the UK. However, I worked around this problem and was easily able to complete the booking.

I was able to use the map function to find a location near the metro station that was convenient for me. I liked that the website had exterior photos of the business so I knew what to look for. The name alone would not have been enough.

I didn’t need to contact stasher directly, but the booking process was mostly smooth. The site could be optimised a bit better for mobile browsers but I guess you are probably assuming most people will download the app!

Easy to find - I just googled luggage storage near Euston! Some articles came up saying how much cheaper it was than the companies based in the Stations so it was a no brainer!

Easy except for having to choose the time and date before searching a location. Would be nice to choose the location and then view available times and dates.
