Very convenient place to drop off luggage. The store was professional and proper and kept our 7 large bags safe and secure for the day.

This was an easy to use service. While being careful with data it was a bit tricky to find the location. We went to the wrong Ibis originally but they could of course give directions. Directions from your current location would be great once you’ve booked.

Simple and easy to use service, meant I could take laptop to allow me to work on the train, but didn’t have to lug it around while visiting friends and sight seeing in London. Drop off and collection were straightforward.

Everything is great

Everything worked smoothly. Booked there, showed the booking and identified myself. Checked in the luggage and received a number. Later, simply picked up the luggage again. Booking and service were excellent.
