It was very easy to find and the people who looked after our luggage were SUPER SUPER FRIENDLY!
The hotel that received our luggage had airport transfer service available, both the check-in/luggage drop-off and the check-out/pick-up were easy and quick, and at the pick-up they allowed us to rest for a few minutes in the hotel reception, as we were tired from the trip.

Having a late flight and an early checkout at our hotel, it was great to be able to put our cases somewhere securely in Nottingham for a couple of hours. Lovely friendly and helpful staff.
Such a good idea, the location was next door to Lime St station in Liverpool and couldn't have been more convenient for us. Whole process was quick and easy, from booking online to handing over our cases at the hotel. Great price too.
