Very easy to use. Polite and helpful attendant, both on drop-off and pick-up. Highly recommended service.

From the point of booking through to dropping bags off and collecting them everything was really easy. 57 were really courteous and treated us like their hotel guests even arranging a taxi to take us to the airport. Would definitely use Stasher again.

Completely hassle-free deposit of luggage. The online registration took significantly longer than the acceptance of the luggage. The collection was also very quick. A great way to securely store your luggage.

I gave the highest rating to the Stasher service because, having had an impediment to using the luggage storage service, the amount of the reservation was refunded to me without difficulty.

It was nice to be safely stored. The hotel reception welcomed me kindly. However, it would be great if there were terms that offer a discount in case I retrieve my luggage earlier than planned. I also picked up my luggage 3 days earlier than expected, but I couldn't get a refund for the amount I had already paid.

very quick and safe

We needed to leave our suitcase in Stansted for a few days whilst we travelled to Ireland. It took moments to drop the bag off and moments to have it returned in precisely the same condition as we left it. A very helpful and convenient service.
