Really easy to use just find your location and drop the bags off staff were friendly and helpful. We’ve used stasher a couple of times now both in premier inns, the first just for the day the second for a few days whilst we flew out with just hand luggage then came back to London to pick up what we’d left and continued on our main holiday. Brilliant idea!
I've never used a service like this before and was a little hesitant. However it was so simple to book online, the man who met me was lovely, the level of security was great and picking up my bags later in the day was really simple. Definitely will use this service again.

Near the station, fast and efficient
Our Stasher experience at the Shakespeare Hotel in London was excellent. It proved to be a great 'drop off' location for access to bus services and Paddington Station / Heathrow Express. The staff at the Shakespeare Hotel were very helpful and courteous.
Friendly and efficient. Arrived in Hobart at 10.00am but couldn’t go into holiday accommodation until 2.00pm. Booking online very simple and straight forward.
The service was surprisingly easy and quick. The location was convenient as it was right outside the British Museum and near several nice places to eat. I will definitely be using again.

Easy to book online and very straightforward, efficient and pleasant service in the store (Phoenix Exchange). The place was easy to find, close to Euston and much cheaper than leaving the case at the station. Will certainly use it again and have already recommended to friends.
