For the first time, we used the Stasher app for luggage concierge. It is easy to use, very well organized with the drop-off location (We chose the Premier Inn at King Cross). The operating procedure is applied seriously (tracking ticket, identity check). At the Premier Inn: quick service with a smile. We recommend this service, which was suggested to us by our Airbnb host.

Although there was a misunderstanding at booking it was soon resolved. Reception was speedy and helpful. Retrieval of my luggage was swift, and, again, helpful. I needed Stasher because, living in the provinces, it was necessary to leave my luggage, as I had a Meeting in London, and was returning home from Kings Cross.

Excellent service, we were able to enjoy the day in Málaga without luggage until our departure. The online reservation can also be made directly on-site via mobile, we will definitely use the service again.

Yes would definitely recommend. We were staying in Paddington and decided to use Stasher at the Shakespeare Hotel because it was close and convenient to the station. We left our two suitcases five days with no problems. Very easy and a big help to us, much cheaper than the facilities at Paddington station.
