A great service: easy to use and exactly what travelers need when they want to spend time after check-out, or before check-in hours. We were able to enjoy a day out and well into the evening hours without toting our luggage around, before going to our accommodation in San Diego.

Excellent service. I made a mistake with the time in the reservation and they allowed me to change the luggage pickup time. You only pay per item.
