The employees or workers who assisted us both when we handed over the luggage and when we later picked it up were delightful and extremely friendly with us. The luggage was in perfect condition and with no issues. I would have liked to leave them a tip but I had no cash left to thank them. I hope this review helps them continue to be so professional, kind and efficient in their work. Thank you very much for everything; we are enormously grateful.
