The owner of the shop was very nice and accommodating. The booking process was also very easy and hassle-free.

Service worked exactly as intended. I also love the hour span you can select to drop off and pick up bags because sometimes traveling is unpredictable!

The service was very quick to arrange and very safe. I dropped my luggage around 11:30 on a Saturday when everything else was closed and it took me literally 10 min to book everything and to pay via PayPal. The lady was very helpful and I chose a central location.

Needed to get rid of a bag for a few hours while I went to a football match, found stasher online, downloaded the app and luckily there were several places in Central London. I paid via PayPal, found the shop, all done very quickly. Picked up easily later on. Great idea and will use again.

Found stashed online and for £6 it was far cheaper than a taxi back to the hotel to collect bags. Online booking was so easy. On arrival at the store, the staff were great.
