This was our first and only experience using Stasher. We were traveling in London and simply couldn't drag our luggage on sightseeing tours. We were able to securely store 5 suitcases. Got quick response from Stasher support to the questions I had before booking. Straightforward booking process. Dropping off the luggage at Shakespeare Hotel, near London Paddington station, was easy. Woman at the front desk was efficient and with a smile on her face. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Gave us an extra 6 hours to enjoy the sites in London. Pick up was as easy as drop off and then a quick 2-minute walk to Paddington for our departure to Heathrow. We would definitely use the Shakespeare Hotel again if we return to London and would use Stasher for our future travels to other destinations.

Really easy service to use. We used Shakespeare Hotel, about 2 minute walk from Paddington Train Station. Just drop your bags off at reception - they tag the bags giving you the other side of the ticket. Although you specify a time of drop off or pick up - as long as it’s the same day, it’s fine. Recommended.
