It took just some minutes to leave our luggage in the hotel, much shorter than in a railway station.

The staff was nice and there wasn’t any inconvenience. The store is near Oxford Street so it’s a good place to leave your luggage if you want to go shopping and don’t want to drag along your bag:)

My problem with payment was sorted out really quickly and I ended up with a full refund by way of apology. Will definitely recommend and use the service again! Choice of drop off points was good too - no weird dodgy premises :)
