Easy to access site- chosen shop was en route to station so no detours required. Check-in and out was efficient and painless- Cost.... a bit high for just a few hours and several bags (even with discount code), would be better value if charges were less for a working day (9-5) or discounted for multiple items.

The Concierge on duty at Hotel Suite was excellent. Efficient, helpful and most of all had a smile for us. He also booked a transfer for us when our taxi did not arrive. The only thing I would say, clearer instructions on how to get there would have been easier. Maps on our smart phone took us on the longest possible route.

The hotel staff were very lovely and accommodating, it was no problem to store my bag even though I hadn't been staying in the hotel. It was such a relief to spend my final day in London not lugging my giant suitcase around!
