Communication was smooth at all times, it resolved an uncomfortable situation of having to drag our luggage all day, since our flight was leaving in the afternoon.

It was easy enough. I just couldn’t store anything near Kings Cross as the stasher locations capacity was full. I had success the previous day storing at a premier inn a short walk away from Holborn. The process is efficient, convenient and helpful!

It is a great service for travelers. I wish we had Stasher in the USA. It was convenient and affordable, and Premier Inn was very flexible.
