I booked a place to store luggage in Corfu - very easy and straightforward - then my plans changed at the last minute and I had to cancel, money was refunded without question. Excellent customer service.

Our train left Euston at 5pm so we really wanted somewhere to leave our heavy bags whilst we enjoyed our final day in London. I booked Stasher in the morning and the online process was extremely simple. Although a bit apprehensive at first from using a service like this for the first time (just from leaving your belongings behind) but I was reassured by the fact that the Premier Inn had partnered with Stasher. I needn't have been worried, we arrived at the Premier Inn and it was seamless. They knew about our booking, took some personal details and took our bags from us. We had a great bag-free day, which was a must when it was as hot as it was. It really made it 10x better not having to heave heavy bags around. For such a reasonable price too, £6 per backpack compared to £12 per bag at Euston. The drop off point was an easy ten minute walk from Euston so we just picked them up and made it in plenty of time for our train. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

Great! Everything was perfect from the moment of booking, with immediate information in chat, at the time of delivery and pickup. The location in Athens was very convenient, where I could drop off my luggage just a few meters from the metro station. Highly recommended!
