Booking online was easy and the Old Montreal location perfect. We were able to have brunch and tour the area without the hassle or worry of our luggage. Staff were friendly and polite. Store was clean and easy to find.

Super easy experience. Out in Manhattan looking for somewhere to leave bags and getting inaccurate information from various maps and websites. Downloaded the Stasher app and had located and booked storage within less than 10 minutes. Leaving and collecting the bags was totally hassle free. I would 100% recommend this to others and will definitely be using it again.

We had to leave our ski resort earlier due to traffic problems, resulting in a day in Krakow. After Googling baggage storage options, Stasher looked the most reliable especially Hostel HeyNow as lockers were provided rather than a room with all left luggage held together. There is only pedestrian access to this road in the Old Town, but it was only a short walk. The receptionist was very helpful, finding out which train to catch to the airport and giving us clear directions to the station, again a short walk. Hostel HeyNow is situated in the Old Town, near the main square, markets, river and castle. Great value at 5 euros for the day.

Really easy to find, and they were helpful and friendly, knew exactly what it was we needed. Also quite lenient on timings, came to collect a little earlier and had no problem with that. Would definitely use again, felt comfortable and safe to leave, and just overall a really easy and efficient process for not too much money.
