It was great! Easy to use and very friendly staff! They took the bags from us right away, and it was a nice hotel so I didn’t feel sketchy leaving my bag there. The website was also easy to use.

Convenient friendly efficient

First time using Stasher and would definitely use again. I was coming down from Birmingham, going to a festival in London and then heading on to Ashford so it wasn’t feasible to wander round with my suitcase all day. So easy to book and pay on the site & the staff at Nisa near Kings Cross were pleasant and very efficient when it came to dropping off and picking up my suitcase.

I will definitely use stasher again. It was a very smooth, seamless process that took away the huge headache of dragging luggage everywhere. Super impressed!

The process of checking in the bag and finding a suitable location was seamless. We needed to drop bags for the day as we had checked out of our Airbnb. The in-store experience for check out was slow, but this was because there was only one member of staff working.
