It's simple and really convenient to use, the store is in a great location right beside the train station (both St Pancras and Euston). Anyone with Google Maps on their phone can easily find the store (even though it's a bit small). However, the owner of the store was not really welcoming, which I guess is fine but could be improved.

Ease of delivery and pickup
Shakespeare Hotel is very close to the Paddington Station and/or Underground. The service is easy to book and not pricey (compared to the storage at the station). It is reliable and convenient. I will use the service again in the future.
So easy to use and much cheaper than left luggage at train stations. Will be using this again for sure.
