The site was very easy to use and the shop where we left our bag was very close to where we wanted to be. When we dropped our luggage the shop owner was perfectly friendly and helpful. He couldn't actually find our booking on his side, but we showed him the confirmation email and he took the bags anyway.

Booking process was seamless, the process at the location (a hotel) was easy and so was the retrieval of our bags few hours later. Highly recommend the service !
