Very nice welcome where we tried to get by with our little level of English. Ned Kelly is well located and there are plenty of buses nearby as well as tourist offices. You can also feel that safety is taken into account: a ticket is given and the suitcases are in locked lockers.
Stasher offers a convenient, secure and cheap alternative to store my luggage. I have booked with Palace Hotel to store my luggage for a day, the operation hours starts from 10am. Shortly after my booking with Stasher, I was informed by the Tour Company that the tour I have booked will commence at 10am instead of 12pm as stated on the webpage. I had an issue as Palace Hotel only accepts luggage deposit at 10am officially. I wrote in to Stasher about my situation and received a prompt reply by Stasher Associate, Olivia. She managed to arrange with Palace Hotel to allow me to deposit my luggage at 9am instead. I am impressed by the prompt service and the extra mile Stasher team has extended to me. I would definitely recommend Stasher to anyone who is looking for a temporary luggage storage. Thank you Stasher team.
brilliant idea to leverage retail space to store travellers luggage. We don't have it in NY yet
It was extremely convenient to leave our bags. We had 6 pieces of luggage and the owner was very quick to keep it away. She also helped us with where we could get our bus from. Also, just next door is a travel agent where we bought our ticket to Heathrow for 10.50 Pounds. It was a bus that took a little less than an hour to get to the airport on the bus. The bus was from the Victoria Coach Station which was just across the street. We were exploring London for a few more hours! Overall I will definitely recommend this Stasher location for its centralized location (Close to both Victoria underground/national station and Victoria Coach Station) and also for the great host.

For our last day in London, we wanted to visit the Natural History Museum and stroll around the South Kensington area. To avoid dragging our four suitcases, I discovered the solution offered by Stasher: to drop off our luggage at Renzaki, a merchant (laundry) located just steps from the S. Kensington tube station. The registration, booking, and payment were done online the day before. Friendly welcome and after verifying my identity and the transaction number, seals were placed on the suitcases and the corresponding coupons were handed to us. For a deposit from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, it cost £24. A perfectly reasonable price for a perfect service.
