Easy, convenient

Fabulous location, lovely staff at Oyo Hotel made it very easy for drop off and pick up. Honestly don’t know how we would have managed our first day in England without this service. We plan on using it for our last day too! Note: 7 adults with 7 large suitcases plus several pieces of hand luggage arriving to London from Paris via Eurostar.

Online booking quite easy. Needed to leave a bag while sightseeing. Location opposite railway station, could not have been more convenient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the check-in process was easy, and it felt so good to be rid of my suitcase for a whole day! I saw that they kept it locked in a room at the back, so it felt really safe!
