Very friendly and fast. We didn't wait more than a minute upon arrival to drop our things or pick them up.

Easy to book on line and a fast and efficient service. The travel agent looking after our bags was brilliant; very friendly and we had a great conversation about our holiday. We felt very confident that our bags were safe. They even sheltered us from the rain while waiting for our taxi.

Great service and price for storing our luggage whilst we explored Edinburgh for the day. Bag secure in locked room, in exactly the same place when we picked up. Helpful staff. Will definitely use again

Convenient

The suitcases were locked with strips. You could break off a tag with a number on it. You received those tags, and only upon returning those tags did you get your suitcases back.

Easy to find nearest location & to book online. Excellent value. Staff at that Premier Inn were friendly & efficient. They even suggested taking a photo of the luggage tag just in case we lost it. So good we also stayed for breakfast!

Used this service for storing our bags at Kings Cross whilst we went into London for the day before our onward journey. Easy to book and Premier Inn staff very helpful, drop off and pick up was quick and efficient.

Near Kings Cross and excellent service

The whole process until baggage drop off is easy and fast. Uncomplicated withdrawing too.

We found a place conveniently located near where we stayed and deposited our bags and picked them up at the allocated time. Very convenient.
