The system is completely straightforward. The shop is quite small, but the staff is very friendly.

Very user friendly website (although make sure you select the right day initially!). Very good and wide range of options. Would definitely use again as had a whole luggage-free day in London- much easier to shop and eat out! Would definitely recommend this service.

This hotel was very close to St. Pancras Station. It was a secure location and always had someone to help you (at the front desk). I love how reasonable the price was to leave my valuables.

Really easy to use and great location

Worked seamlessly. We paid a fee, actually paid twice as I didn't see the first one go through. Stasher promptly refunded the redundant payment. The shop was actually open earlier than advertised. Not only did they take care of our bags, but were able to get on line and give us directions to our apt on the way out the door. Great idea. We will use again.

The location was easy to find. Staff was friendly and really helpful. Operation time was available for left baggage in early morning.

We stayed at Manly in Sydney for a couple of days & had a late flight home as Stasher was easy to book on line and also to find the gift store which stored our luggage, being reasonably close to Circular Quay train station. Our last day in Sydney was a lot more enjoyable without having to worry about our luggage.
