Useful service with an easy to use website. I had slight irritation at being directed to the app, which I don't have, to make a simple cancellation but then I got a swift response and was able to cancel via email. Communication is very good. There are lots of stashpoints, though I tend to prefer the hotel locations which tend to have lockable spaces for storage, to the stores/shops etc, which don't.
