Fast efficient and easy to do. Also location to store our bags was close to where we were staying so it was so easy.

It was so easy. The hotel clerks knew exactly what I was doing and added our luggage to their storage area for their regular hotel guests. 5 pounds per bag was very reasonable.

I needed to leave a suitcase and backpack so that I could have a day luggage free in London. I had intended to leave them at the station but £25 for the 2 of them seemed a bit steep. Found Stasher on an internet search, half the price. Easy to book, really convenient location and friendly service at the drop off point (Premier Inn Tower Hill). Absolutely brilliant, will use again and would highly recommend.

Excellent service. The staff were most helpful assisting with directions to our planned activity and then assisted with lifting our heavy bags when leaving. Highly recommend.

Very cheap and easy to use

It was a great experience and very worthwhile, useful service for us. However, we ended up only storing two pieces of luggage instead of three. The hotel said for us to contact you for a refund of the third piece that was not stored. Not sure how much of a refund is possible but please advise what we need to do. Thank you.
