I stored my bag at the Premier Inn near Heathrow Airport, and the staff were very friendly; I felt very safe leaving my bag at the hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We were an hour too early for our bus and the man who let us in, allowed us to stay for an hour to wait for our bus so we didn’t have to wait outside in the middle of the night. Our stuff was well taken care of and it was very easy to use!

Easy to book, easy to find, very friendly staff on arrival and it felt safe leaving my luggage there. It was definitely worth it for such a good price, so that we could explore without baggage until we were able to check in to our accommodation.

We needed to leave our luggage for a few hours somewhere as we checked out of where we were staying at 11am and we weren't getting a flight till 6pm. It was easy to book and pay. A few mins walk from the tube and museums which we wanted to visit. Easy drop off and collect.
