Slightly different review here.... I booked to leave 2 bags at premier inn, sasher in London but had to change my plans last minute (on the morning of the booking). The customer service rep instantly refunded me my fee after I emailed them. So I can't comment on the storage, but full marks for customer service and being so flexible. Will use next time.

Everything was really easy, dropped my bag off at the shop which was easy to find and the people were really friendly. Pick up was just as easy. So good to not have to lug a suitcase round all day.
Online booking was hassle free and was easy to find and sort through the many storage sites across the city. Much cheaper leaving bags at Premier Inn via stasher than at Edinburgh Station.

They walked me back to show me that my bags were behind a physical locked room. Staff were friendly. It saved me a lot of time carrying bags around as my train wasn't due until later in the day, but my hotel checkout was early in the day. It was very convenient.

Very efficient service. Easy to book online and able to drop off and pick up luggage without waiting. Saved carrying our suitcases all day having checked out of Airbnb. Would definitely use the service again.
