Good and convenient service. Next time I will take a picture of the numbers of reference of the suitcases because the plastic numbers are very small and one fell to the owner in the shop without noticing. We found it and everything was ok.

We needed to leave a case somewhere in Edinburgh while we visited the festival. It was easy to use and convenient drop off. Secure storage. Much cheaper than station left luggage.

Excellent service - was really easy to book to leave our case for the day to go exploring in Paris. Lovely helpful man who tried to help us out with which train we needed to get and also let us use the toilet (which was 2 euros per person in other places in Paris!). Well located near too Notre Name.

Booked online first thing in the morning for drop off the same day. Super easy booking and just showed the email on my phone when I arrived. Friendly and helpful staff at the Nisa store, who close your luggage with security tags so you can be sure they have not been tampered with. Left a very large suitcase, with electrical equipment and loads of personal stuff and no issues at all. Site is mid way between Euston and Kings X/St Pancras so perfect for those wanting to catch trains.

Very easy and safe

It was an easy and convenient service. Close to Victoria Station and close to where we picked up keys to our flat.
