I had a bit of trouble locating the luggage storage place, but then everything went very well, the people at the tobacco press were very nice, and I think it's a great system that helps everyone! It's super convenient because there's no need to go to the automatic lockers at the station, and it provides a little extra income for the partner merchants. Great system!!

Absolutely amazing service. Arrived in Amsterdam in the morning and needed to go straight into meetings. Dropped my suitcase off close to central station - lovely service by lady there. Given lovely bag tag and picked it up again a few hours later. Best €5 I have spent in awhile!
