Very easy and straightforward. Didn't even know these services existed until we weren't able to take luggage into a venue we were attending for a singing workshop. A quick search and we were booked. It would have been a long trek back to the station storage but our storage venue was right next door. Such a simple stressless solution.

Such a great concept! First time using it this weekend and really couldn’t be simpler. Freed us of our luggage for a few hours whilst we went to an event at the arena (where you can’t take big bags). Would definitely use again.
