I needed to leave one large bag for the whole weekend in a place close to my hotel. Premier Inn was incredible. They tagged my bag with a number so I knew which one was mine (they gave me the number, but the lady kindly recommended I took a picture in case I lost the piece of paper which was very helpful advice). They asked me to leave my bag in the storage room so I could choose how and where to put it, and when I came to pick it up, it was in the exact same position and spot. Also, there were no steps and access was really smooth if you have large heavy bags. Highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently close to the Paddington train station and underground, just a 5 minute walk. It is easy to find and the staff is helpful and friendly. If you need it, there is enough space to repack the luggage.

We wanted storage when leaving our hotel and getting a train from King's Cross later in the day. This allowed us another day in London without heavy luggage. The location at Premier Inn King's Cross was convenient and easy to find. The Premier Inn staff were friendly and helpful. Online booking was very easy.
