Very simple and practical.

Easy and smooth service with heaps of location options where I was (London). Makes such a huge difference to be able to stash your luggage for the day when you have an early or late flight.

Leaving and retrieving bag was also simple, since it's a hotel

Staff at the storage location was friendly & prepared, as both the drop off and pick up procedure were made very easy. Overall the storage service was very helpful that made the trip much easier and was quite reasonably priced.
