Helpful and flexible guy

Convenient and very reasonably priced. The location was so close to Euston station and the staff were super helpful and polite! Easy to book and no waiting either to drop off or collect. Will be using again on my return journey.

The place is easy to find. A deli store around the corner. Not too far from the British museum. The staff was friendly. You just need to know your last 4 digits of the booking number. Make sure you fully communicate with the staff about the pick-up time because they don’t have a firm store closing time.

It's easy and convenient. They are near the Hammersmith station.

Excellent service, did exactly what I needed it to do. The booking process was easy and simple and the hour time slots were good for giving leeway for pickup time. Good customer service, very friendly and felt safe leaving my luggage there.

This was a really great service. We stowed our stuff and were in a very big hurry at the time of pick up. The staff recognized that and was very helpful and to expedite the process.

We were a group of nine and not easy to handle. The staff of Victoria Station Hotel has been amazing - 6 stars!

Used it to drop a large bag while I ran the London marathon. What an amazing service!! I would recommend it to anyone. 1/2 the price of station lockers and SO much easier. Great customer service too.

Great service easy to book. Drop off was no problem and despite previously mentioned comments regarding Krystal, the handler was courteous and polite. Bag was ready to collect at the required time and everything went to plan. I would use this service again as it is easy to book, safe, and less expensive than most station left luggage facilities.
