Everything was very fast and professional. After checking all the luggage and giving us our copy, they had us take a photo of all the luggage with the tags showing the booking codes. Recommended.

Easy to use, economical, straightforward, really enjoy the service, we were in London with a 24 hours layover and it was nice to just drop of the hand luggage and enjoy some sightseeing of the city

Finding and booking a location to store our suitcase was very easy. The location was also easily accessible and easy to find.

Such a handy service. Reasonably priced too. The security guard on the door could do with some lessons at charm school though! Once we finally got past him, the receptionist was really friendly when taking our bags. Would definitely recommend the service although perhaps not the over zealous security guard!

Highly recommended service! For a modest price, you can leave your luggage for 24 hours and enjoy the city without the burden of your suitcase. There are many Stasher points, even close to the major attractions in the city.

Polite and friendly, timely. There was quite a queue when we arrived at opening and it went smoothly and quickly. No issues with timely retrieval. We checked out of our VRBO and could enjoy the day luggage free!

Uncomplicated, quickly checked in three suitcases, dropped them off, and received the section for pickup. Equally uncomplicated pickup. And that without queuing and half as expensive as at the train station.

Easy and conveniently located.

The website was reasonably easy to use. The service was efficient and staff were friendly. The only issue was trying to find the location. We used the postcode and put it in our GPS and it directed us to an alleyway which was wrong. I asked a local man who sent me off in the wrong direction. I had to ring the customer service and they put me through to the office and then I was given clear instructions about which shops it was located next to. It would be better if these details were put in the confirmatory email.
